Description

The classic sharp taste and dreamy texture of cheddar sauce minus the stuff you don't want (no dairy, no gluten, no preservatives, no trans fat). Just mix with your plant-based milk and butter of choice, heat and that's it!

How To Use

Directions

In a small bowl, add packet contents and 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk, unsweetened, unflavored. Whisk for 30 seconds; set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp. butter over medium-low heat.
Once melted, add milk mixture and whisk until comtined.
Cook on medium-low heat until thickened (approximately 4-8 minutes), whisking frequently.
Remove from heat and let stand 1-2 minutes.
